Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, making a reservation, or engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Booking & Reservations

Reservations can be made through our website contact form, via WhatsApp, or by email. All booking requests are subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation within 24 hours of your inquiry. A booking is not considered confirmed until you receive written confirmation from our team.

Cancellation Policy

• 3 or more weeks before check-in: Full credit toward a future stay, valid for 1 year from the original booking date.
• Less than 3 weeks before check-in: 40% refund of the total amount paid.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen changes to your plans.

Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment details and accepted methods will be communicated during the booking confirmation process. Full or partial payment may be required to secure your reservation, depending on the accommodation type and dates selected.

Liability

Surfing and ocean activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, drowning, and encounters with marine life. Guests participate in all activities at their own risk.

K59 Surf Resort and Smart Website Management are not liable for injuries, accidents, illness, lost or damaged property, or any other losses incurred during your stay or while participating in resort-arranged activities, tours, or surf sessions.

Content Ownership

All photographs, videos, written content, logos, and other media displayed on this website are the property of K59 Surf Resort and Smart Website Management. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written consent is prohibited.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of El Salvador. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of El Salvador.
